Can I modify or cancel my order?
An order cannot be modified once placed. Our system is not able to add inventory onto an existing order. A new, separate order needs to be placed.
Orders can only be cancel if not shipped. Please contact our customers service at email@example.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order, with your name, email address and order number.
An error appears when I'm checking out. What should I do?
If you had an ERROR CODE:PE102 while checking out, it appears because we currently do not support payment by credit card via Shopify, but only via PayPal.
Please note that you don't need to have an account to pay with PayPal with credit card. After choosing payment with PayPal, just choose "payment with credit/debit card" in the PayPal pop-up.
Where is my order confirmation email?
An order confirmation email is sent automatically when an order is placed. After confirming that your order confirmation email did not go to your spam/junk folder and you believe you are missing it, we would be happy to assist if you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
